Our factory has been producing high quality fireplace and outdoor products since 1999.

Yes, we have a US warehouse that stocks replacement parts for all of our products.

Most of our items can be assembled in 15 to 20 minutes. A few of our more complicated items may take 30 to 45 minutes to assemble.

Always use dry wood and kindling to start a fire. Place a decent sized stack of dry twigs and small branches in the center of the fire pit. Place two large logs on either side of the stacked twigs and branches, then two or three medium sized logs across the top of the large logs. Place two or three solid fuel style fire starters (don’t ever use liquid fuel or lighter fluid) into the center stack of twigs and branches. Light the fire starters with a long stem lighter.

Our four-foot log rack will hold about 1/3 a face cord of firewood.

Our eight-foot log rack will hold about 2/3 a face cord of firewood.
