Warranty Info

At Yardkit we take great pride in manufacturing high quality products for you to enjoy year after year. All our products have a one-year warranty to be free of defects in material and workmanship, ninety days for paint and finishes. Products must be properly assembled, used as directed and in a normal household setting.

Warranty applies only to the original purchaser and proof of purchase is required verifying the purchase date.

Warranty does not cover surface rust, fading, peeling, damage or issues related to neglect, abuse, accident, misuse, improper assembly, misapplication, transportation damages, commercial use or any modifications to the product. Repair labor is not covered.

Replacement parts that meet the warranty requirements will be shipped at no charge via USPS, UPS, FedEx or any other ground shipment method at the discretion of Yardkit. Any expedited shipping charges (next day, second day, etc.) will be the responsibility of the consumer.

This warranty is the only warranty offered and is in lieu of all other warranties, whether expressed or implied, which includes implied warranty, merchandising or use for a particular purpose.

For the United States, some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incident or consequential damages or limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts. The above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, you may also have other legal right which may vary from state to state.
